- init string looks fine. check your modem.cfg file for doom and other
- games.. it should be formatted like this:
- AT &F &A0 &B1 &C1 &D2 &M0 &H0 &I0 &K0 S27=48
- AT Z H0
- 38400
- USR Sportster 14.4 v32 fax

- first line is init string, next is your hangup string, port rate and then
- modem model. by default quake sets line 3 to 9600, so if you change this
- too 19200, it will then allow 14.4 connects. One note is some games put
- 14400 in line 3, which will cause problems, because most serial ports cant
- be opened at 14400, so make sure this line is 9600, 19200, 38400, etc.
